Can you help me pick the unit?
Yes. Tell us the room size, ceiling height and how much sun it gets, and we'll tell you the tonnage you need. Oversized units short-cycle and leave the room damp.
How long does an installation take?
A single split unit usually takes two to four hours. Multiple units or a ducted system takes longer and we'll tell you in advance.
Will you install a unit I bought myself?
Yes, we install customer-supplied units. We'll check it's the right size for the room before we start.
